Requirements
- Significant experience as a Commercial Manager or in a similar construction role.
- Deep understanding of how unmanaged change and poor records erode project profitability.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strategic thinker capable of implementing solutions.
- Desire to make an industry-wide impact.
- Experience advising or consulting with stakeholders (preferred).
- Knowledge of SaaS or digital transformation in construction (preferred).
- Comfortable leading workshops, training sessions, or presentations (preferred).
- Ability to link commercial pain points to technology solutions (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Consult with commercial leaders to uncover profit loss from change and disputes.
- Support customer adoption to ensure consistent use of Shape.
- Coach customers on strengthening claims and defending disputes.
- Act as the commercial voice inside Shape to inform product development.
- Share best practices and lessons learned across the customer base.
