Requirements
- 2+ years experience in specialized E-commerce Customer Support, Operations, or Technical Support.
- Experience in medical, health, or wellness niches is a major plus.
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems.
- Experience with modern CRMs and helpdesks such as Zendesk or Gorgias.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet home office setup with a dedicated workspace.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warranty claims from intake to resolution.
- Process 30-day customer exchanges and returns.
- Utilize internal e-commerce systems for daily operations.
- Help adopt and refine new CRM and ticketing workflows.
- Develop deep technical knowledge of CPAP and sleep apnea products.
- Assist with inbound sales inquiries and customer upsells once trained.
