Requirements
- 10+ years in People/HR with senior ownership of a full function.
- Experience operating at the scale of a globally distributed company.
- Proven experience with multiple employment models (entities, EOR/PEO).
- Track record of optimizing and elevating existing People functions.
- Hands-on command of global People operations, compliance, and payroll.
- Proven success leading, coaching, and developing distributed teams.
- Strong business acumen and player-coach mindset.
- Ability to lead through influence.
- Experience at a remote-first company (preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of using AI to improve People workflows (preferred).
- Experience supporting technical/engineering-heavy workforces (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a full member of the senior leadership team.
- Lead the People function end-to-end: People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Performance & Development, Employee Relations, and Culture.
- Streamline workflows and apply AI/modern tech across operations, recruiting, onboarding, and analytics.
- Build and run manager training and coaching for remote/distributed teams.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the existing global People team.
- Maintain compliant People operations across ~165 people in 30 countries.
- Partner with Legal and Finance on payroll, entities, and EOR/PEO models.
- Own talent acquisition strategy and hiring standards.
- Refine compensation, equity, and benefits frameworks.
- Steward company culture and inclusion using data.
