Requirements

  • 10+ years in People/HR with senior ownership of a full function.
  • Experience operating at the scale of a globally distributed company.
  • Proven experience with multiple employment models (entities, EOR/PEO).
  • Track record of optimizing and elevating existing People functions.
  • Hands-on command of global People operations, compliance, and payroll.
  • Proven success leading, coaching, and developing distributed teams.
  • Strong business acumen and player-coach mindset.
  • Ability to lead through influence.
  • Experience at a remote-first company (preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of using AI to improve People workflows (preferred).
  • Experience supporting technical/engineering-heavy workforces (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a full member of the senior leadership team.
  • Lead the People function end-to-end: People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Performance & Development, Employee Relations, and Culture.
  • Streamline workflows and apply AI/modern tech across operations, recruiting, onboarding, and analytics.
  • Build and run manager training and coaching for remote/distributed teams.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the existing global People team.
  • Maintain compliant People operations across ~165 people in 30 countries.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance on payroll, entities, and EOR/PEO models.
  • Own talent acquisition strategy and hiring standards.
  • Refine compensation, equity, and benefits frameworks.
  • Steward company culture and inclusion using data.
