Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience.
- 3 years in a senior or lead role spanning multiple HR disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms, payroll, and HR technology architecture.
- Proven track record managing operations across a multi-state or international workforce.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to build executive narratives from data.
- Fluency with AI tools and automation in HR workflows.
- Experience designing learning and development programs.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and IT.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR technology ecosystem including HRIS, payroll, and benefits.
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain workforce analytics dashboards.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Ensure global employment compliance and risk reduction through audits.
- Own performance management architecture and talent development programs.
- Manage international workforce operations and EOR partnerships.
- Drive internal mobility infrastructure and leadership capability programs.
