- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Experience leading or mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in remote-first, international environments.
- Ability to work across time zones and collaborate asynchronously.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Experience scaling GTM functions or teams.
- Experience with developer platforms or technical products.
Responsibilities
- Define and own GTM strategy across developer, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Build strategic partnerships within AI, developer, and open-source ecosystems.
- Shape external positioning and industry presence.
- Drive product adoption and community growth.
- Provide market and ecosystem insights to Product and Engineering teams.
- Represent the company externally to customers, partners, and investors.
- Lead and scale multidisciplinary teams (Sales, Marketing, DevRel, BizDev).
- Build and own the sales pipeline and commercial motion from scratch.
