Responsibilities
- Process, track, and manage Jira tickets and Salesforce cases.
- Escalate issues to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Support the operations team on standard work via multiple communication platforms.
- Manage ticket queues in Jira for operational support.
- Follow-up with fulfillment centers to ensure outbound packages are handed to carriers daily.
- Complete supply chain operations tickets on a daily basis.
- Perform ad-hoc projects delegated by the manager.
