Job Details

Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce functional and automation testing
Strong experience in creating test plans, test cases, and QA documentation
Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform customizations
Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar frameworks
Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) and validating system integrations
Knowledge of performance and load testing methodologies
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices
Hands-on experience using Jira or similar defect tracking tools
Experience working in client-facing or stakeholder-heavy environments
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams

Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Salesforce applications including Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue Cloud, and custom solutions
Define test environments and test data requirements in collaboration with development and DevOps teams
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing across Salesforce implementations
Design, automate, and execute regression test suites to ensure maximum test coverage and release quality
Validate data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across Salesforce objects and integrated systems
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and identify defects early in the lifecycle
Conduct sanity and smoke testing to ensure production readiness of releases
Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira, ensuring timely resolution and reporting
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and practices
