Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (AI/ML focus), Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5-7+ years of professional experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, or maintaining ML models in production.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Customer-first mindset with strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Drive successful onboarding experiences in partnership with Delivery Managers.
- Serve as a trusted technical partner for data science and ML engineering teams.
- Champion customer feedback to influence product roadmap and strategy.
- Master the Fiddler platform to guide customers on model transparency and compliance.
- Write custom integration code connecting Fiddler to data ecosystems like Snowflake, Airflow, and Kafka.
- Identify expansion opportunities through advanced observability and model governance.
