Requirements
- Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Experience with AWS Quicksight, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau.
- Experience with Python and other programming languages.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud-hosted applications.
- Experience with version control and functional testing.
- Experience with SQL Server, Postgres, and Oracle.
- Experience creating technical documentation.
- Some prior experience with the education sector through internships.
Responsibilities
- Work across Customer Support, Product Management, and Customer Success.
- Provide technical support and manage incidents via the internal system.
- Identify opportunities for workflow and incident management efficiency.
- Participate in testing and process improvement efforts.
- Experiment with AI and automation tools for team productivity.
- Support account management tasks and customer engagement tracking.
- Participate in design sessions and gather end-user requirements.
- Analyze data to identify quality issues in ETL routines.
