Requirements

  • 15+ years in technical leadership roles (Enterprise CSM, Solutions Architecture, or System Integration).
  • Experience working with Global 2000 companies.
  • Understanding of P&L statements, GTM workflows, and organizational design.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Platforms, APIs, AI Agents, MCP, and Data Orchestration.
  • Strong GTM methodology expertise.
  • Exceptional storytelling and boardroom-level presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science or a related field (desired).
  • MBA or TOGAF certification (plus).
  • Strong GTM intelligence experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CSM & Solutions teams for Global 2000 clients.
  • Establish AI-powered GTM blueprints and enterprise scaling practices.
  • Partner with C-suite stakeholders to map business challenges to technical solutions.
  • Translate technical variables into P&L impact.
  • Design end-to-end enterprise GTM workflows and integrations with CRMs and third-party apps.
  • Direct technical execution of Proof of Value projects.
  • Build Business Value Assessments to quantify architectural impacts.
  • Maintain 90%+ Gross Revenue Retention and 110%+ Net Revenue Retention.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews for Tier-1 accounts.
