Requirements
- 15+ years in technical leadership roles (Enterprise CSM, Solutions Architecture, or System Integration).
- Experience working with Global 2000 companies.
- Understanding of P&L statements, GTM workflows, and organizational design.
- Deep technical knowledge of Platforms, APIs, AI Agents, MCP, and Data Orchestration.
- Strong GTM methodology expertise.
- Exceptional storytelling and boardroom-level presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science or a related field (desired).
- MBA or TOGAF certification (plus).
- Strong GTM intelligence experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead CSM & Solutions teams for Global 2000 clients.
- Establish AI-powered GTM blueprints and enterprise scaling practices.
- Partner with C-suite stakeholders to map business challenges to technical solutions.
- Translate technical variables into P&L impact.
- Design end-to-end enterprise GTM workflows and integrations with CRMs and third-party apps.
- Direct technical execution of Proof of Value projects.
- Build Business Value Assessments to quantify architectural impacts.
- Maintain 90%+ Gross Revenue Retention and 110%+ Net Revenue Retention.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews for Tier-1 accounts.
