Requirements
- 3+ years managing enterprise integrations between complex systems.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role (Support Engineering, Pre-sales, Solutions Architect, Consulting, or Customer Success).
- Proficiency with APIs, databases, log debugging (e.g., Datadog), and webhook troubleshooting.
- Experience building production workflows in iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier).
- Understanding of compliance-driven spaces and regulations like FCRA, E-Verify, or payroll withholding.
- Ability to juggle multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously.
- Strong technical communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer challenges and formulate solutions.
- Architect and deliver product demonstrations.
- Lead technical onboarding and integrations across ATS, HRIS, and payroll platforms.
- Manage multi-month enterprise implementation timelines.
- Build custom integrations using Workato, APIs, and webhooks.
- Translate customer requirements into product feedback for engineering teams.
- Develop runbooks, integration guides, and best practices.
