Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical pre-sales role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and delivering proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Solid technical understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or equivalent environments.
  • Ability to interpret software architecture, APIs, and web technologies, with hands-on technical fluency.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and technical decision-makers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced, deal-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with enterprise account executives to identify customer needs and align technical solutions to business and security requirements throughout the sales cycle.
  • Design, build, and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that clearly articulate value for enterprise and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Own the technical response process for RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise procurement cycles, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into scalable solution architectures while simplifying technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support solution selling by mapping customer pain points to platform capabilities and guiding prospects toward successful adoption.
  • Collect and analyze competitive intelligence to refine positioning, messaging, and differentiation in enterprise sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence future product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
