- Prior experience in software development, DevOps, or working with developers
- Strong cloud knowledge
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform
- Ability to articulate technology and product positioning at the executive, business and technical levels
- Experience in technical sales, presales, or solution engineering
- Ability to travel throughout a sales territory with minimal restrictions
Responsibilities
- Deliver world class presentations and demos of the platform
- Work with customers directly to debug common errors
- Tie business problems to technical solutions
- Articulate technology value propositions
- Drive complex technical engagements to prove the value of Harness solutions
- Represent the product to customers and at field events
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Convey customer requirements to internal Engineering teams
