Requirements

  • Prior experience in software development, DevOps, or working with developers
  • Strong cloud knowledge
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform
  • Ability to articulate technology and product positioning at the executive, business and technical levels
  • Experience in technical sales, presales, or solution engineering
  • Ability to travel throughout a sales territory with minimal restrictions

Responsibilities

  • Deliver world class presentations and demos of the platform
  • Work with customers directly to debug common errors
  • Tie business problems to technical solutions
  • Articulate technology value propositions
  • Drive complex technical engagements to prove the value of Harness solutions
  • Represent the product to customers and at field events
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Convey customer requirements to internal Engineering teams
