Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant quantitative or technical analysis experience.
- Experience in product analytics or e-commerce.
- Demonstrated experience solving ambiguous, high-impact business problems independently.
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation.
- Experience in statistical modeling (Python preferred).
- Proficiency in site analytics and experimental test design.
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Tableau, and Sigma.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders on business problems and strategic direction.
- Analyze product and site funnel to identify points of friction and opportunities.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define success metrics and influence strategy.
- Design and implement experiments to measure impact and iterate.
- Use statistical models to uncover customer behavior insights.
- Perform root cause analysis on business performance metrics.
- Improve data quality and governance.
- Leverage AI to accelerate analytical throughput.
- Act as a thought leader and mentor to peers.
