Requirements
- 3+ years of quantitative or technical analysis experience.
- Experience in product analytics or e-commerce.
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation.
- Experience with statistical modeling (Python preferred).
- Proficiency in site analytics and experimental test design.
- Knowledge of data exploration and visualization tools like Snowflake, Tableau, and Sigma.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team events.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders on business problems and strategy.
- Analyze product and site funnel to identify friction and opportunities.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define success metrics and recommendations.
- Design, implement, and review A/B and multi-armed bandit experiments.
- Perform data-driven analyses and statistical modeling to optimize product strategies.
- Root cause business performance fluctuations.
- Collaborate with data platform teams to improve data quality.
- Leverage AI to accelerate analytics throughput.
