Requirements
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience with marketing technology and customer engagement implementations.
- 5+ years in consulting with success driving high-impact work for enterprise-level clients.
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
- Experience leading teams of 6-8 direct reports or more.
- Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (CDPs, ESPs, data warehouses, and integrations).
- Ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-performance teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise solution architecture for transformational implementations, net-new Braze deployments, platform migrations, and complex multi-system programs.
- Define system architecture across a client’s tech stack and design data models supporting connectivity across CDP, CRM, data warehouse, and Braze.
- Champion AI/ML applications in customer engagement including predictive analytics and LLM integration.
- Own executive-level client relationships and present to C-suite.
- Lead solution design reviews and drive the evolution of Stitch’s solutioning methodologies.
- Step into complex client situations to drive resolution.
- Mentor and provide feedback for Solution Architects.
- Influence Braze’s product roadmap based on client needs.
