Requirements
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience with marketing technology and customer engagement implementations.
- 5+ years in consulting with success driving high-impact work for enterprise-level clients.
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
- Experience leading teams of 6-8 direct reports or more.
- Advanced CRM/marketing automation platform expertise.
- Proficiency in dynamic content languages like Liquid or AMPscript.
- REST API proficiency for creating, troubleshooting, and optimizing API calls.
- SQL proficiency with performance optimization for major data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Deep experience designing middleware, webhooks, and REST API integrations.
- Proficient in production-grade Liquid, Python, and/or JavaScript.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise solution architecture for transformational implementations and net-new Braze deployments.
- Architect end-to-end integration patterns designing data flows across CDPs, CRMs, middleware, and data warehouses.
- Champion AI/ML applications including predictive analytics, personalization, and LLM integration.
- Own executive-level client relationships and present to C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead solution design reviews and drive the evolution of internal solutioning methodologies.
- Mentor and provide feedback for Senior Technical Architects.
- Establish standards for privacy, compliance, security, and data strategy.
- Influence Braze product roadmap based on client needs.
