Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET, API development, and enterprise application architecture.
  • Strong expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices.
  • Proven experience leading technical design and delivery of large-scale distributed systems.
  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles including SOLID, OOP, dependency injection, and design patterns.
  • Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered development tools and intelligent application use cases.
  • Strong DevOps knowledge including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS or similar).
  • Ability to balance hands-on coding with architectural leadership and team mentorship.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence technical direction across teams.
  • Experience applying secure coding practices, observability, and performance optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of .NET and React-based enterprise applications, including AI-enabled solutions.
  • Remain hands-on by developing backend services, REST APIs, integration layers, and frontend components.
  • Define and enforce engineering standards, coding practices, design patterns, and architecture guardrails.
  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems incorporating microservices, event-driven architecture, and modular design principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architectures and delivery plans.
  • Conduct code and design reviews to ensure performance, security, and scalability standards are met.
  • Mentor engineers and promote adoption of modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Support DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment strategies, and automated testing frameworks.
