Requirements

  • Track record of managing enterprise-scale partnerships in fintech, digital payments, or retail technology.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin.
  • Strong experience influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of BNPL, digital payments, and consumer financing.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience using AI tools or advanced analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise merchant partnerships.
  • Develop and execute data-driven account strategies.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to design omnichannel payment experiences.
  • Lead business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations.
  • Utilize AI-powered insights for performance forecasting.
