Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in strategic account management, partnership management, or client success.
- At least 7 years of experience focused on eCommerce environments.
- Track record of managing enterprise-scale partnerships in fintech, digital payments, or retail technology.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin.
- Strong experience influencing executive stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of BNPL, digital payments, and consumer financing.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Experience using AI tools or advanced analytics.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise merchant partnerships.
- Develop and execute data-driven account strategies.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to design omnichannel payment experiences.
- Lead business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, marketing, and operations teams.
- Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations.
- Utilize AI-powered insights for performance forecasting.
