Requirements
- Significant experience in business consulting, digital strategy, or agile software development.
- Proven track record of applying AI/automation to complex enterprise workflows (Content Supply Chain, Marketing Ops).
- Deep expertise in Adobe ecosystem (Creative Cloud, Firefly, GenStudio) and marketing technologies (DAM, CMS, CDP).
- Hands-on portfolio demonstrating rapid prototyping, experimentation, or node-based workflow building (n8n, Comfy, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Claude Code).
- Exceptional change leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Commanding knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and collaborative tools (Jira, Miro, Confluence).
- Ability and willingness to travel within the US (10–20%).
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype workflows leveraging AI agents and automated orchestration for scale.
- Define product outcomes, KPIs, and ROI narratives for C-suite stakeholders.
- Re-architect end-to-end workflows from ideation to automated distribution.
- Lead engagement pods to deliver complex digital transformations in an Agile framework.
- Facilitate workshops and enablement programs to drive organizational change and adoption.
- Integrate Adobe GenAI technologies into client DAM, CMS, and Workfront ecosystems.
- Manage operational health including backlogs, risk mitigation, and sprint adherence.
- Translate AI models and APIs into integrated systems meeting brand compliance standards.
