Requirements
- 7 years in operations, RevOps, GTM strategy or technology transformation.
- At least 2 years managing people or leading a function.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in a business context.
- Fluency with modern AI platforms and GTM stack.
- Working knowledge of agentic AI concepts and architectures.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or GPT Codex.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI governance, compliance, and data privacy.
- SaaS company experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the AI transformation roadmap aligned to operational priorities.
- Establish OKRs for AI adoption, productivity impact, and tool ROI.
- Build, prompt, and iterate on AI solutions directly.
- Design and deploy agentic AI workflows that automate multi-step processes.
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate solution development and build internal tooling.
- Manage and develop a small team.
- Own the AI governance framework, including acceptable use policies and vendor risk.
- Partner with Legal, Security, and IT to ensure data privacy and compliance standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all AI needs across the organization.
