Requirements
- 5 years in learning and development, organizational change management, sales enablement, or revenue operations.
- Demonstrated track record of building structured change and enablement programs from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot).
- Experience facilitating meetings and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong written communicator (Slack updates, launch announcements, training guides).
- Experience using data to measure and improve adoption outcomes.
- High empathy for employees skeptical of new technology.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Collaborative and low-ego approach to work.
- Ability to stay current on AI tools and change management best practices.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI adoption roadmap and corresponding change and enablement plans.
- Define, track, and report on adoption metrics like usage and time-to-proficiency.
- Design and deliver training programs via live sessions, async content, and guides.
- Maintain a centralized AI use case library of workflows and prompts.
- Facilitate AI onboarding and department-level working sessions.
- Manage all internal AI communications including launch announcements and newsletters.
- Build relationships with internal champions and influencers to accelerate adoption.
- Communicate AI governance policies and privacy expectations to employees.
- Synthesize employee feedback into actionable insights for the business.
