Requirements
- Proven experience taking a product from 0 to 1 and scaling through hypergrowth.
- Demonstrable proficiency using AI in daily workflows (prototyping, requirements, analysis).
- Strong ability to defend product opinions under pressure.
- Experience working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales or Customer Success teams.
- Strong analytical instincts and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Background in corporate L&D, HR, or workforce technology (preferred).
- Fluency in product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude), design tools (Figma), SQL, and AI-assisted development tools (preferred).
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms or talent marketplaces (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define and own the AI Corps platform roadmap.
- Define and own platform metrics: fellow engagement, student NPS, and host organization satisfaction.
- Work directly with Anthropic and other enterprise partners on deployment and tooling.
- Build the platform for partner onboarding, fellow matching, and performance tracking.
- Design the incumbent employee training product.
- Run discovery with enterprise partners and internal teams.
- Work closely with Earned Revenue to translate commercial needs into platform direction.
- Design experiments to test hypotheses and use data to iterate quickly.
- Act as connective tissue between Earned Revenue, AI Programs, Curriculum, and Engineering.
