Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, GTM strategy, or related commercial roles
- Proven ability to design and scale enablement programs in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and ability to coach teams on structured selling
- Experience working across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations in cross-functional environments
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Experience with enablement tools such as Salesforce, LMS platforms, and productivity or analytics tools
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of measuring program impact through performance data
- Comfortable in global, distributed, and multicultural working environments
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale global sales enablement programs that improve ramp time, productivity, and overall sales effectiveness
- Design and implement onboarding frameworks ensuring new hires achieve rapid time-to-productivity
- Develop advanced sales plays, competitive insights, and value-based messaging for enterprise sales teams
- Partner with Product and Marketing to translate technical capabilities into compelling sales narratives
- Manage and optimize enablement tools and platforms (CRM, LMS, and related systems) to support field execution
- Deliver training, coaching, and workshops on sales methodology, product positioning, and execution best practices
- Track, measure, and report on enablement effectiveness using data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes
- Coordinate global training initiatives, including in-person and virtual enablement events and programs
