Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; education in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Wellness Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multi-site wellness, fitness, health, or related operational programs.
  • Proven success in regional or multi-unit leadership roles with responsibility for operational performance and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and resource planning.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, business development, and change management.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging performance metrics and reporting to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern business productivity tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders, building trusted relationships and delivering solutions that support business goals and regional priorities.
  • Lead regional operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, consistent execution of programs, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage regional budgets, including forecasting, tracking service levels, monitoring revenue performance, and maintaining financial accountability.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and operational success.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs), using data-driven insights to improve outcomes and optimize performance.
  • Oversee the implementation of standardized processes, methodologies, and operational best practices across multiple locations.
  • Support and develop regional teams through coaching, performance feedback, problem-solving, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Identify business expansion opportunities and lead quarterly business reviews to communicate program performance, growth, and strategic value.
