Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with deep HRBP leadership exposure
  • Proven experience supporting commercial, sales, or revenue-generating organizations
  • Strong track record of objectively assessing talent and driving performance accountability
  • Experience managing full performance cycles, including coaching, PIPs, and terminations
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior executives (CRO/CMO level)
  • Experience working across global markets (Europe, Middle East, China, Japan)
  • Strong capability in organizational design, workforce planning, and job architecture
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-change environments
  • Strong understanding of core HR functions including TA and compensation
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary HR advisor to senior commercial leaders on org design and strategy
  • Partner with HR leadership to align commercial priorities with enterprise strategies
  • Lead rigorous talent assessment and succession planning processes
  • Drive high-performance culture through performance management and coaching
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to improve hiring rigor and quality
  • Build talent mapping strategies for global markets
  • Analyze engagement data to identify risks and trends
  • Manage employee relations and sensitive organizational communications
  • Contribute to HR transformation, job architecture, and leveling initiatives
  • Lead and develop HR team members
