Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4–6+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong background in employee relations, HR operations, and HR business partnering within a dynamic organization.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex situations, apply sound judgment, and develop practical, creative solutions.
  • Experience resolving sensitive or escalated employee relations issues involving multiple stakeholders or management-level concerns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements, and employment law considerations.
  • Preferred experience working with HR systems such as ADP.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key HR Business Partner supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding processes.
  • Lead and resolve complex employee relations cases, including those involving management, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.
  • Investigate employee relations issues to identify root causes and implement structured, long-term solutions.
  • Partner with leadership to design, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with labor laws and organizational needs.
  • Support HR project execution and contribute to the implementation of new initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies including payroll, benefits, compensation, and employee development programs.
  • Build strong relationships with managers and employees to act as a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner.
  • Recommend improvements to policies, processes, and communications to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
