Requirements
- Director-equivalent BP experience, Head of People experience, or IC7+ scope.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, or similar organizations.
- Experience operating in startup, scale-up, or hypergrowth environments.
- Experience supporting distributed organizations across multiple countries or regions.
- Strong judgment, accountability, and ability to balance standards with empathy.
- Expertise in organizational design and leadership coaching.
- Ability to communicate exceptionally well in written, asynchronous environments.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence through credibility.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and GTM organization.
- Drive organizational design and team scaling.
- Lead talent strategy including performance, retention, and succession planning.
- Coach senior technical leaders.
- Improve organizational health and team effectiveness.
- Support employee experience initiatives (onboarding, retention).
- Evolve the broader People function infrastructure and operating model.
