- Strong ability to operationalize go-to-market strategies into structured sales motions, playbooks, and revenue systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM-driven sales operations.
- Strong storytelling and consultative selling skills.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance sales productivity, prospecting, deal support, and team performance.
- Proven ability to recruit, coach, and elevate top-performing sales talent.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong accountability, leadership presence, and results orientation.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver annual advertising and sponsorship revenue targets across a multi-market, multi-platform media network.
- Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, pipeline management, deal execution, pricing, negotiation, and renewals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and holding companies while personally closing strategic accounts.
- Translate commercial strategy into execution across local, regional, and national sales motions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a distributed sales team.
- Build rigorous forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management practices.
- Optimize sales playbooks, pricing structures, packaging, and collateral.
- Represent the organization in key markets.
