- 2–3+ years of experience in a creative strategy-focused role.
- Strong hands-on creative background in filmmaking, editing, storytelling, or content creation.
- Experience in agency or in-house environments.
- Strong analytical fluency with performance marketing data.
- Ability to think in audience-driven narratives, emotional hooks, and behavioral insights.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Own the full creative lifecycle for Meta paid social campaigns, from insight generation and concept development to scripting, storyboarding, production direction, and iteration.
- Develop and execute high-volume testing systems, producing and overseeing 100+ ad creatives per month.
- Translate performance data into actionable creative strategy by analyzing key metrics.
- Continuously test and refine new ad formats, storytelling approaches, and visual styles.
- Collaborate closely with editors, designers, and creators by writing clear, scalable briefs.
- Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform updates, and competitive signals.
- Challenge existing performance marketing conventions with bold, insight-led ideas.
