  • Ability to think in audience-driven narratives, emotional hooks, and behavioral insights.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, and iteration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full creative lifecycle for Meta paid social campaigns, from insight generation and concept development to scripting, storyboarding, production direction, and iteration.
  • Develop and execute high-volume testing systems, producing and overseeing 100+ ad creatives per month.
  • Translate performance data into actionable creative strategy by analyzing key metrics.
  • Continuously test and refine new ad formats, storytelling approaches, and visual styles.
  • Collaborate closely with editors, designers, and creators by writing clear, scalable briefs.
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform updates, and competitive signals.
  • Challenge existing performance marketing conventions with bold, insight-led ideas.
