We have built a proprietary, AI-enabled tech stack in-house to streamline operations and enhance the member experience. Our engineers solve diverse problems, ranging from classical machine learning to NLP and LLMs. We emphasize serverless architectures on AWS and GCP, utilize Terraform for infrastructure-as-code, and explore technologies like Pinecone, LangChain, and OpenAI API integrations.
