Requirements
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience.
- 2+ years of full-funnel performance marketing experience within an agency.
- Proven experience managing $150,000+/month ad spend.
- Expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads managers.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
- Experience in senior client-facing roles.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience with mobile app growth marketing (preferred).
- Experience with MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, AirBridge, Singular) (preferred).
- Understanding of SKAN and iOS attribution (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Understand client business objectives and KPIs.
- Define strategy for the account based on budget and goals.
- Analyze market trends and performance data to devise strategies.
- Manage a team of marketers to deliver ad campaigns.
- Interface directly with clients on a weekly basis.
- Present reports and provide updates on campaigns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and product managers to improve internal marketing tools.
