Requirements

  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of full-funnel performance marketing experience within an agency.
  • Proven experience managing $150,000+/month ad spend.
  • Expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads managers.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
  • Experience in senior client-facing roles.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Experience with mobile app growth marketing (preferred).
  • Experience with MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, AirBridge, Singular) (preferred).
  • Understanding of SKAN and iOS attribution (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Understand client business objectives and KPIs.
  • Define strategy for the account based on budget and goals.
  • Analyze market trends and performance data to devise strategies.
  • Manage a team of marketers to deliver ad campaigns.
  • Interface directly with clients on a weekly basis.
  • Present reports and provide updates on campaigns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product managers to improve internal marketing tools.
