Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in paid social performance marketing.
- 2-3+ years of experience specifically in a creative strategy role.
- Hands-on creative craft experience including scripting, storyboarding, and video editing.
- Understanding of both agency and in-house environments.
- Strong performance fluency with Meta ad formats, placements, and algorithmic behaviors.
- Ability to build creative hypotheses and interpret performance signals.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research and iteration.
- Ability to think in systems and testing frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end creative process for Meta, turning research and insights into high-converting concepts, scripts, briefs, and storyboards.
- Create, produce, and test 100+ ad creatives a month while maintaining focus on storytelling and impact.
- Translate performance signals like Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, and CPA into creative strategy.
- Experiment with new formats, visual styles, and production approaches to differentiate Scribe.
- Collaborate with creators, editors, and designers by writing clear briefs that preserve narrative intent.
- Stay current with cultural shifts and platform changes to keep creative ahead of the curve.
- Challenge conventional best practices with insight-backed tests.
