- Deep expertise in Meta Ads at scale.
- Strong experience with Google Ads (search, non-brand, performance).
- Experience with TikTok Ads and emerging social platforms.
- Experience managing and scaling affiliate partnerships programs.
- Ability to manage and direct agency relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven strategic planning.
- Proven track record of hitting CPO or RAC/CAC targets at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual and quarterly strategic roadmap across all paid channels.
- Maintain expert-level pulse on platform mechanics and algorithm updates.
- Design a rigorous test-and-learn framework and innovation pipeline.
- Manage media agency relationships and governance models.
- Optimize and scale the affiliate partnerships program.
- Identify and expand into new paid platforms with native strategies.
- Manage geographic expansion and market penetration playbooks.
- Drive the roadmap to meet aggregate cost-per-opportunity (CPO) targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to inform creative and content strategy.
