Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, Innovation, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or related fields.
  • Classical brand management training is strongly preferred, complemented by experience within emerging or high-growth brands.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams across product development, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain functions.
  • Solid understanding of CPG product development, commercialization processes, retail environments, and portfolio management principles.
  • Demonstrated success supporting or leading product launches from concept development through commercialization and market execution.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build alignment, influence decision-making, and drive collaboration across teams.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong business acumen and a consumer-first approach.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of ownership, adaptability, and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management and growth of a product portfolio, driving performance, profitability, and long-term brand health through strategic recommendations and business analysis.
  • Monitor market dynamics, consumer behavior, competitive activity, and category trends to identify growth opportunities, risks, and innovation priorities.
  • Partner with finance, sales, insights, and marketing teams to evaluate business performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of annual business plans, portfolio strategies, and growth initiatives that strengthen market position and commercial outcomes.
  • Lead and support product innovation projects, including new product development, renovations, and line extensions from concept through commercialization.
  • Translate consumer insights, market research, and business opportunities into product concepts, business cases, and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage cross-functional commercialization efforts, ensuring alignment across marketing, operations, customer experience, sales, and supply chain teams.
  • Oversee launch readiness, project timelines, key milestones, risk management, and go-to-market planning across direct-to-consumer, retail, and emerging channels.
  • Analyze post-launch performance metrics and develop recommendations to improve consumer experience, product performance, and portfolio effectiveness.
  • Support lifecycle management initiatives, including assortment optimization, pricing evaluations, product updates, and portfolio transitions.
