- Classical brand management training strongly preferred.
- Emerging brand experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Understanding of CPG commercialization, innovation, and retail environments.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment.
- Strategic thinker with business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Support management of the infant formula portfolio to drive growth and profitability.
- Monitor category, competitive, consumer, and business performance trends.
- Develop product concepts and business cases for new products and line extensions.
- Lead cross-functional execution of product launches and commercialization initiatives.
- Analyze key business metrics like velocity, repeat rates, and subscription performance.
- Partner with Insights teams to conduct consumer research and claims testing.
- Support lifecycle management, including pricing evaluations and portfolio transitions.
