  • Understanding of CPG commercialization, innovation, and retail environments.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment.
  • Strategic thinker with business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Support management of the infant formula portfolio to drive growth and profitability.
  • Monitor category, competitive, consumer, and business performance trends.
  • Develop product concepts and business cases for new products and line extensions.
  • Lead cross-functional execution of product launches and commercialization initiatives.
  • Analyze key business metrics like velocity, repeat rates, and subscription performance.
  • Partner with Insights teams to conduct consumer research and claims testing.
  • Support lifecycle management, including pricing evaluations and portfolio transitions.
