- Experience working with brokers and distributors
- Prior people management experience
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the national strategy for Foodservice and Alternative Channels
- Build and maintain relationships with national and regional foodservice operators, distributors, and brokers
- Own national account negotiations, programs, and long-term partnerships
- Develop and lead annual channel business plans aligned with company goals
- Oversee trade spend and promotional strategy
- Manage and mentor the Alternative Channel Sales Manager
- Collaborate with partners to ensure strong execution and coverage
- Deliver accurate, data-driven forecasts
- Represent company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
