  • Meaningful exposure to non-traditional or foodservice channels
  • Proven success building and scaling national accounts
  • Experience developing channel strategy and pricing architecture
  • Experience working with brokers and distributors
  • Prior people management experience
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the national strategy for Foodservice and Alternative Channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with national and regional foodservice operators, distributors, and brokers
  • Own national account negotiations, programs, and long-term partnerships
  • Develop and lead annual channel business plans aligned with company goals
  • Oversee trade spend and promotional strategy
  • Manage and mentor the Alternative Channel Sales Manager
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure strong execution and coverage
  • Deliver accurate, data-driven forecasts
  • Represent company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
