- 10+ years Salesforce experience (Admin / Consultant / Architect level)
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
- Proven track record building systems for service-based businesses
- Proven track record building systems for field technician / mobile workforce environments
- Advanced experience with Flow Builder
- Experience with process automation
- Experience with complex object relationships
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms
- Ability to translate business operations into system design
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce configuration and optimization
- Architect and manage Field Service workflows (job allocation, scheduling, dispatch, mobile workflows)
- Design scalable systems for high-volume service operations
- Improve lead → booking → job completion → billing pipeline
- Configure and optimise flows, automations, and validation rules
- Configure objects, fields, and page layouts
- Configure reports and dashboards for operational visibility
- Integrate Salesforce with external tools (dialers, payment systems, apps)
- Reduce manual processes through automation and system design
- Troubleshoot performance issues and implement best-practice solutions
