Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Hands-on experience managing 1500+ Salesforce users.
- Experience with deployment tools like Copado or Gearset.
- Experience with GitHub.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- ADM201, ADM211, or other Sales Administration certification.
- Strong project management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced ability to design and implement new processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing development of Salesforce deployment.
- Perform day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance.
- Manage user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations.
- Coordinate evaluation and completion of new development requests.
- Train new users and grow Salesforce skill set across the organization.
- Act as a liaison between users, vendors, and app development teams.
- Define and document development requirements.
- Assess impact of new requirements on Salesforce and integrated systems.
