- Leadership or influence management experience
- Strong ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers
- Excellent communication and objection management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop strong executive relationships and a deep understanding of each client’s business to identify opportunities for growth.
- Survey prospects to understand pain points and align them with Motive solutions.
- Demo Motive software and solutions to fleet managers.
- Collaborate with customer success, support, product, and sales engineering teams.
- Support contract renewals to minimize churn.
- Resolve customer problems and implement solutions.
- Plan to meet and exceed revenue quotas.
