  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from US/UK/Canada.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience managing large US-based accounts.
  • Proven software sales experience.
  • Industry experience in transportation, logistics, or construction preferred.
  • Demonstrated skill in complex deal management.
  • Experience in contract renewals and revenue retention.
  • Leadership capability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Consultative sales, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build lasting executive relationships with larger US-based clients to drive growth and expansion.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery to align offerings to customers’ operational and strategic challenges.
  • Present comprehensive product demos and proposals for customers with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with customer success, support, product specialists, and sales engineers.
  • Own the contract renewal process and implement retention strategies.
  • Troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain customer success and business objectives.
  • Drive strategic account planning to achieve high-value revenue targets.
  • Refine understanding of the platform and industry trends to offer consultative insights.
