Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from US/UK/Canada.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience managing large US-based accounts.
- Proven software sales experience.
- Industry experience in transportation, logistics, or construction preferred.
- Demonstrated skill in complex deal management.
- Experience in contract renewals and revenue retention.
- Leadership capability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Consultative sales, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Build lasting executive relationships with larger US-based clients to drive growth and expansion.
- Conduct in-depth discovery to align offerings to customers’ operational and strategic challenges.
- Present comprehensive product demos and proposals for customers with complex needs.
- Collaborate with customer success, support, product specialists, and sales engineers.
- Own the contract renewal process and implement retention strategies.
- Troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain customer success and business objectives.
- Drive strategic account planning to achieve high-value revenue targets.
- Refine understanding of the platform and industry trends to offer consultative insights.
