- Collaborate with CSMs, support, and sales engineering teams.
- Support contract renewals to minimize churn.
- Resolve client problems and implement solutions.
- Plan and meet revenue quotas.
- Develop deep product and operational knowledge.
- Stay informed on market trends for consultative insights.
