Requirements
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Sales, Customer Success, or General Management.
- Proven ownership of large, multi-country revenue targets.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling businesses in the EMEA market.
- Existing network of senior customers and partners across EMEA.
- Experience in performance marketing DSP, mobile advertising, or adjacent ecosystems.
- Track record managing both net new acquisition and existing business expansion.
- Ability to hire, develop, and scale high-performing teams.
- Deep comfort with revenue operations, forecasting, and KPI-driven execution.
- Executive-level customer relationship management experience.
- Strong cross-functional operator experience.
Responsibilities
- Grow the EMEA business representing more than 2X year-over-year growth.
- Deliver regional DRR targets with predictable pacing and disciplined execution.
- Scale net new revenue through disciplined pipeline generation and GTM execution.
- Lead growth through systematic share-of-wallet expansion and upsell into new products.
- Protect baseline revenue and identify churn risks early.
- Increase iOS product penetration and launch new products like CTV and Influencer.
- Build a customer advocacy flywheel to compound growth through references and case studies.
- Partner with the CMO to execute a regional marketing plan.
- Hire and develop a high-quality commercial team.
- Establish strong operating cadences for forecasting, pipeline inspection, and account planning.
