  • 10+ years of Enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably at a startup
  • Demonstrated track record of success in quota attainment
  • Experience selling into CTO, VPE, or Director of Engineering personas
  • Proficiency in SPICED sales methodology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Strategically build and source B2B pipeline via outbound targeting
  • Engage in technical and business-oriented conversations with Enterprise customers
  • Manage complex and technical deal cycles
  • Perform product demonstrations and manage POC/onboarding processes
  • Assemble business case studies and executive read-outs
  • Provide analytics and insights through regular reporting and forecasts
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams
  • Maintain customer relationships to drive expansion and renewal
