Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in an SDR, inside sales, or appointment-setting role.
  • 1+ year experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Native-level or near-native English communication skills.
  • Confident phone presence and strong email-writing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRMs and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).
  • Ability to understand and explain product features and regional differences.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a metrics-based environment.
  • Reliable internet and suitable home-working environment.
  • Flexibility to travel to events across Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to inbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile and business needs.
  • Apply regional software differences when speaking with prospects.
  • Book qualified meetings for sales executives.
  • Execute directed outbound campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Follow scripts, email templates, and objection-handling guidelines.
  • Meet monthly targets for meetings booked and activity volumes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead quality.
  • Attend events across Asia and engage with stakeholders.
