Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform in a retail or eCommerce environment.
- 2+ years of experience as a technical leader.
- Strong technical depth across STEP configuration, JavaScript-based business rules, SQL, and data modeling.
- Strong grasp of REST APIs and integration patterns (e.g., Kafka, ETL processes).
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to break down complex business needs into actionable plans.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver initiatives that have real business impact for a mission-critical product catalog platform.
- Drive complex initiatives by breaking work into clear milestones.
- Influence platform strategy and data governance standards.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams across merchandising, styling, product, and operations.
- Participate in on-call rotations, resolving production incidents, and improving system reliability.
- Mentor and coach engineers.
