Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space
- Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Consultative approach to helping customers solve problems
- Strong storytelling skills within the context of discovery and/or product demo sessions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Partner with 2-3 Account Executives & support multiple active customer opportunities across our growing Enterprise segment
- Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development
- Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate
- Influence product direction for short & long-term success in Enterprise by representing the customer voice
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives
