Requirements
- 5-7 years working with Enterprise customers in a technical role.
- Strong experience in solution selling and tailored software presentations.
- Experience using and selling AI and agentic AI solutions.
- Expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Expertise in Cloud Data Platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
- In-depth understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) databases.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, Linux, and SQL.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify technical and business pain points and map them to success metrics.
- Build and deliver customized demos, workshops, and POCs.
- Support digital sales rooms and credit sizing estimates.
- Cultivate trusted advisor relationships and monitor customer adoption.
- Lead business reviews and proactive technical issue resolution.
- Identify expansion opportunities and ensure customer ROI.
- Represent the brand as an expert at industry events.
- Create technical content and case studies.
- Relay customer insights to Product and Engineering teams.
- Monitor and share industry trends in cloud computing and data transformation.
