Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams using project management techniques.
- Direct experience with observability (o11y).
- Experience with o11y stack deployment (visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, traces).
- Proven track record of successful enterprise o11y implementations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, including kubectl, Helm, and Tanka.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Responsibilities
- Engage with business executives, project managers, and technical staff to distill requirements.
- Design solutions including data visualization, workflow recommendations, and migrations.
- Lead functional workshops with customers.
- Accelerate delivery of solutions for customers.
- Advocate for adherence to standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to drive product innovation.
