Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR benefits administration.
- Operational knowledge of benefits-related laws such as ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
- 2 years of experience in a professional role requiring structured project management execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience managing HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Oracle, or UKG.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment, renewal, and annual Open Enrollment execution for benefit programs across the AMS region.
- Ensure seamless system testing and data accuracy with payroll and third-party vendors.
- Guarantee full regulatory compliance for all regional benefit plans including filings, audits, and non-discrimination testing.
- Analyze plan utilization, benefits spend, and market trends to drive strategic plan design.
- Serve as the primary partner for benefit brokers, international insurance carriers, and third-party vendors.
- Act as the regional subject matter expert to resolve complex employee inquiries.
