Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in HR benefits administration.
  • Operational knowledge of benefits-related laws such as ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
  • 2 years of experience in a professional role requiring structured project management execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience managing HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Oracle, or UKG.
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end enrollment, renewal, and annual Open Enrollment execution for benefit programs across the AMS region.
  • Ensure seamless system testing and data accuracy with payroll and third-party vendors.
  • Guarantee full regulatory compliance for all regional benefit plans including filings, audits, and non-discrimination testing.
  • Analyze plan utilization, benefits spend, and market trends to drive strategic plan design.
  • Serve as the primary partner for benefit brokers, international insurance carriers, and third-party vendors.
  • Act as the regional subject matter expert to resolve complex employee inquiries.
